I can write endless about the good and great things. But I want to focus on the 2 negatives I experienced, not able to get gas for people will leave the vehicles at the pumps and go inside. I showed that to an employee and his attitude was so what. The other is no Pepsi products I know there is a coke exclusive, but I go to another store that sells both coke and Pepsi products at a lower price plus my gas is from 5 to 30 off per gal. Being here makes me incredibly sad that I don't have one anywhere near me. Let's talk about the hot food first ! We had the best brisket sandwich. The sauce is a little sweet, I recommend the sliced brisket over the chopped brisket any day. I would recommend to just skip The three meat sandwich, all you could taste is a sausage- and this may be a hot take... But I don't love the sausage. As for the chicken tenders, wait until it's hot fresh and just put out and it's a life-changing experience. The Buc-ee's sauce is the only way to go. You can get barbecue sauce or honey mustard at any other place. The fries are definitely better than the homemade chips. I did not like those chips, I don't know if I just didn't have them hot and fresh, but I would say skip them. We got some banana pudding to go. Also, would not recommend. It's vanilla pudding with some bananas and wafers. I like my banana pudding to be banana pudding not vanilla pudding with bananas, etc.. We grabbed some essential road trip, snacks, including Buc-ee's nuggets, two different kinds of beef, jerky, peanuts, pickle, flavored potato sticks, and some of their signature mince, both the cotton candy and the traditional. We also got some of their signature cola. The diet cola was mid, the regular was better. and in addition to the snacks and food, we also picked up a hat and a T-shirt for both of us. The staff were amazing. This place is like Grand Central Station, it gets very crowded very fast. Speaking of fast, the cashiers and folks working at the meat carving station were legendarily fast.. The whole experience is great ftom the moment you park in the clean parking lot until the moment you checkout! and if you need to use their bathrooms those are also pristine with a great light system that tells you exactly which stall is open. Buc-ees is a fun cultural phenomenon! Lots of free parking, a plethora of gas pumps to fill up your car (and the gas prices were pretty low). Enter the store and notice that it's huge and well organized, clean, with tons of kitschy items for sale, including clothes, housewares, art (!) groceries, and food! The brisket was sooo tasty, prepared in their open kitchen by chanting cooks! There was even a beer cooler for thirsty patrons. There's numerous available restrooms, which had an attendant ensuring that the facilities were clean (very clean!) and that necessary supplies were available. Bravo, Buc-ees! Our first visit to a Buc-ee's! Currently, the second largest. Gas pumps galore, super long car wash, tons of squeaky clean bathrooms and so much merch and food. We did our homework ahead of time and got the chopped beef brisket sandwich, warm nuts (cashews and almonds), fresh chips, banana pudding, peach cobbler, beaver nuggets and gummy bears. The chopped beef brisket was top notch! Even though it's chopped, there were still significant chunks of juicy flavorful pieces of beef. Make sure to get the pickles, onions and extra bbq sauce! The warm nuts were awesome! Crunchy and sweet. The beaver chips are kettle chips. We got a fresh batch but after it sat awhile they were soggy. Banana pudding was legit. Peach cobbler didn't have enough peaches in it. The beaver nuggets are like corn puffs with a caramel coating. Very good! Gummy bears were soft. Yum! We loaded up on T-shirts, hats and socks before we had to regulate ourselves and put away the adult onesie. Buc-ee's has everything you could possibly want and need and then some. This is my second buc-ee's, (my first was in Texas). This place was packed with people though didn't feel crowded. There was no line at the bathroom or the register. We stopped on our way home from vacation and picked up a few snacks for the drive back home. I loved the hot candied pecans and almonds as well as the Korean BBQ jerky. It was all very affordable. I also love how much space they dedicate for pets outside which came in useful for our pup to make a pit stop! read more

So who knew I'd join the bandwagon and become a fan of Buc-ee's! Not to make an unlikely comparison but it's basically the Walmart of fuel/convenience stations. We parked on the Auto side so no idea where the truckers area is but I've never seen so many gas pumps and they were occupied for the most part. #59 was our spot. Oh and there's electric car recharging stations too! Now what stands out most is how much self-service is centric. Employees are present and very helpful, happy and friendly! You can taste test the brisket, fudge and jerky so don't be shy; I sure wasn't! It was all so delicious! There's anything you could want to eat, pickup for the road or drink including a cappuccino! There's a full self-service coffee spot, complete with milk variety, creamers, sugar and plenty of coffee pots brewing! There's ICEE flavors I never heard of as well. There are fresh sandwiches made to serve, packaged sandwiches and pastries! Nevermind the merchandise on hand! Forget something at home, you name it, you'll find it! Oh and the restrooms... such a clean, well stocked and spacious place. Outside of getting some reasonable gas in our vicinity, I got some fudge (PB/Chocolate, Butter Pecan, Rocky Road), warm glazed almonds and a cup of cappuccino! The fudge is so good! Overall I had a great experience here. This location is super crowded due to it being right at the edge of a popular tourist destination, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Lines are long but move fast. Clean bathrooms as advertised. Plenty of food like sandwiches(brisket, chicken, cold cuts), fries, burritos, chicken tender baskets, slushee machine in the back. Also a variety of apparel like shirts, cups, bags. They have generic t shirts and t shirts that say Buccee's Pigeon Forge. It definitely feels like a tourist attraction, but kind of fun if you're in to that kind of thing. The day we went, you could also take pictures with Buccee. This was my first Buc-ee's and I will never be the same. I stopped here on my way to and from Asheville, NC, and it felt like stepping into a magical roadside wonderland. Even in the Buc-ee's world, this location is in a class of its own. At seventy four thousand square feet, it has everything you could imagine. Fresh fudge, barbecue, gifts, clothes, snacks, and even bathing suits. It is open twenty four seven and always buzzing. One hundred twenty pumps outside make fueling up effortless. My personal favorites were the Beaver Chips, the Candied Nuts, the Gummy Wall, and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites. This visit officially started my obsession with one cute beaver. Now I use the Buc- ee's versions of Yeti and Stanley over the real ones. The seasonal merchandise is epic and impossible to resist. If this is your first Buc-ee's, prepare to be amazed. They have stainless steel pull down baby changing tables and inside the stalls they have hand sanitizer as well as a liquid to clean the toilet seat with if you wanted. The store is spotless,no dust anywhere Ive seen ,and youve got to walk the whole store to get how massive this place is, the bathrooms are super clean and smell as such and the snack aisles are a foodies dreamland. Food is the only reason I detour, who needs gas? I come here for a few things, first the jerky is shockingly good and tender for the cost: tons of flavors, I have tried about five flavors and I am still have more to try, Did I say tender? and easy to justify grabbing "one more half pound" I have worked my way through a few or the sandwiches and BBQ, and the brisket and pulled pork are both great along with the three meat sandwich is full meal, not convenience store grub. The toffee cashew and peanuts amazing,peach cobbler is great and just the right amount, the banana pudding, given an ok amount, tastes super artificial (easily the worst thing on the menu), and the Buc-ee's merchandise is way too cheesy for anyone over the age of 5 to wear. I've been to many buc-ee's but this one has to be my least favorite. The food was not the normal flavor as other locations. Also the staff was not nice. It was still fun stop but compared to my normal experience at Bucees it not ideal. It's super packed and it took a long time to even get out of the parking lot because of traffic and how it's set up. This was our first (& 2nd) Buc-ee's visit and neither of us was sure what to expect. Even entry is an experience, we entered on the side with New Year's t-shirts to begin followed by lots of Buc-ee's clothing options from t-shirts to sweatsuits to underwear. With many different themes they are sure to have something you will like. There is also a part with various essentials and snacks. While they carry different brands many items come in a Buc-ee's shape or with a logo. Toward the center is the fresh made food section where there is bbq, burgers, fries, breakfast food, lots of hot and cold beverage options, snacks, desserts, yogurt. I didn't see the salads but I'm sure there were some. Although packed for our first visit the staff was friendly & energetic. And the photo opportunity with Buc-ee himself was fun. Despite the size getting and out was quick moving. There are doors and parking all around as well as instructions on the ground directing vehicles to the major roads near by. Oh, & filling up was easy. Despite the heavy traffic when we stopped fueling up was easy, probably because they had so many pumps. I have never seen that many at one location previously, it was epic. I feel comfortable saying this stop at Buc-ee's was its own touristy visit on our drive home from Nashville & that after this stop I am a fan. read more

Mass efficiency. Each urinal was its own oasis. You step into a cut out and are properly guarded by two walls. No one can peak at what you're working with. As you turn to exit after zip up there is a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall that is yours. It's waiting for you. Got a $12 blanket. Got an Italian. They really pack it with meat. Well worth the $8.49. The idea here is much like herding cattle. It was amazing to see double the amount of people in a Walmart in 1/2 the amount of space. Look it's a Buc-ee's, if you know you know. On this place however avoid it at all cost if you are in a hurry to get gas get out and get back on the road. It took us an hour to park fill up, use the bathroom and get out of the parking lot. 50 minutes of that was sitting in traffic. They really need another back road out of this place to get back around to I40 read more
