I even paid extra to have my caterers provide a space for her with a table and a schedule for the girls to visit with her. She cancelled three days prior to the event in a very short text message with no other explanation other than she was currently under the weather and wont be attending. Now with everything else I'm doing I have to re-plan and re-budget for the several hour time block I have allotted for her just DAYS before the event. After confirming all the information was correct, I never received an email with the finalized proofread copies. I had to take it upon myself to proofread and edit everything.
