I was given the bare minimum instructions and shown to a room. I wasn't even told how to turn on the machine. After calling the front desk to ask for help I was told to press the button which I already had several times, I proceeded to try again with no response from their machine after asking for help a second time I was made to feel like an idiot. These people need to learn how to cater to new customers that have never used this process before. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend their services.
