This series of treatment sessions is my third time using Ultimate Wellness for my physical rehabilitation of different parts of my worn out, mistreated body. The team at Ultimate Wellness deserves a lot of praise. This time it has been to regain my strength in my back and leg muscles that had been underused before my back surgery, because it was too painful to move. The cause of my pain was my spinal cord being severely pinched off by arthritis. I wasn't ready to retire and do nothing. I knew to continue working, I had to get stronger in my back and legs. To do this, I would have to learn the proper exercises that would give me strength without damaging my spine. (My skeletal frame is a wreck.) Enrique (Rick), Toni, Elizabeth, and Sylvia worked tirelessly to loosen me up and demonstrate to me the proper ways to build up my strength so I can lift heavy objects with my legs and not my back. (Which we all know is the right way to lift, we just don't do it until we are in trouble.) I highly recommend the services that the professionals at Ultimate Wellness provide. I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for months. I had seen orthopedics specialists in Colorado Springs, CO that recommended PT. While in Florida for an extended time, I schedule PT with Ultimate Wellness. I just completed my physical therapy post knee surgery at Ultimate Wellness, the third of three occasions. Five years ago I had a reverse total shoulder replacement and Ultimate Wellness came to the rescue. I now can't even tell I had shoulder surgery. I also had physical therapy with them for my back following a back surgery and again they did an excellent job getting me back to normal. I have been to many other physical therapists in the past, however, since going to Ultimate Wellness, I have discovered there is no comparison. Look no further! You will not be disappointed. I acquired a pain in my right leg from my thigh down to my foot when I was driving any distance at all. It was comperable to a tooth ache. I went to ultimate wellness in port charlotte florida. they worked on me for approximately three weeks twice a week and gave me exercises to do at home. I noticed a difference after the first visit. as the sessions progressed I noticed more pain relief. you are not treated like a herd of cattle. You don't wait in the waiting room. the staff are punctual They are all very professional, knowledgeable and genuinly caring. they are a breath of fresh air in our current health providing industry for lack of a better word. Ultimate Wellness Physical Therapy alleviated my father.s pain and suffering in just 6 sessions. Although the origin of my fathers back pain was not clear, they treated him with several different therapeutic measures to alleviate his pain. On a scale from 1-10 my fathers pain was an 11 when he walked through their doors. I am pleased to say that when he finished therapy his pain level was at a manageable 2-3. I attended physical therapy for shoulder injury. The therapists were very professional, knowledge and friendly. I appreciated that they shared information about my injury and rational for the physical therapy exercises. After a few weeks I was pain free and performing daily activities. They provided a home exercise program to assist my rehabilitation. With the coronavirus, they were very cautious with clean environment, limiting patients to one or two people at a time, and social distancing.
