Terrible!!! No examination, no X-rays, no spinal manipulation. Left the office in the same condition as when I arrived. Doctor just used a massage machine for a small part of my lower back, then had me stand on some machine that moved my feet. Crowded space felt like a production line. I went Dr Plummer for a pinched nerve in my elbow after going to doctors office several times either no relief. After Dr. Plummer manipulated the spot it felt much after being in agony for months. The office experience was incredible as dr. Plummer talks you like a human bring and gets to know about you. This should be the golden standard of treatment and sadly it is not. Not enough time or space to unwrap an extremely unprofessional and condescending appointment. I needed help and was in pain, instead, I got a lecture about my weight (slowly lost 30lbs with 30 more to go) and was told to get on Ozempic which is the worst thing in the world out there. He told me I had diabetes. Freaked me out so got blood work done and my glucose IS AMAZING! I do NOT need to resort to drugs to get better, I am doing it right. Also, did NOTHING for my pain and had me stand on a vibration plate, which I do at home every morning as I told him. The plate is set to a rocking motion and my balance is just find but still wanted me to hold on to the dirty wall. I have a feeling some of these five stars are because if you do that, you get a discount on your next treatment or something. I have the paper but never looked at it. Please do yourself a favor, take the time to wait for a chiropractic appointment from a more reputable place. Somewhere that actually can do an xray before they touch you. I care about this community and do not wish for anyone who is desperate to get out of pain to go here. Wait for a true professional with a clean facility. read more

One of them called me a fat "see you next Tuesday" behind my back and he didn't think I heard it. Unfortunately for them I have ears like a elephant and I can hear everything. I can even hear over the sound of their laughter for making fun of my back issues and making me feel bad about my husband cheating on me. He said, "well maybe if your back was straight then maybe your husband wouldn't have turned out gay...." I ran out sobbing hysterically and I tripped and bruised the dickens out of my leg. After months of headaches that I thought were allergy related, I went to see Dr. Plummer. During that first visit he listened to my symptoms and said it was Occipital neuralgia and explained why my head ached. He asked to rate my pain level which was 8 and expressed sympathy. He then set to fixing me. The first visit I actually felt relief and slept through the night. During my second visit I overheard him suggest that if a patient needed pain medication he would gladly refer the patient to an MD. I liked that he understood the benefit of pain meds. I found Dr. Plummer and his office manager very respectful and caring. I'm so grateful to him for putting a smile back on my face. Nothing wears one down more than pain. Don't trust any bad reviews. I was very grateful that Dr. Plummer saw me the same day of my call...Even on his day off. Because he was unable to answer my first phone call, he called me back and said that he would give me my first appointment... for free.! That was so cool! It was a great experience being on his spinal decompressor machine (while you watch an educational video of what it does for you and the benefits of the treatment.) I wouldn't normally give a bad review but something needs to be said about Dr. Plummer... He was in no way helpful to me, told him my issue but still jerked my stiff neck around like it was loose and did more damage than good. He did nothing to ease my back and shoulder problems, suggested nothing to improve my situation at the end of the visit besides making sure that I give him a good review on google, in fact printed me directions to write the review and said nothing about what I should do next (I wouldn't have listened to him at this point anyways), and was also in his office for almost 2 1/2 hours. I travel a lot and see chiropractors on a pretty regular basis, I'm sorry but Dr. Plummer was abesolutley the worst and no one should be subject to him, he's not there to help his patients, he's there to simply make a buck, Not cool!!! Love Dr. Gary Plummer. He knows how to stop bad neck pain. I wish that he had taken his office manager Roger with him when he moved from here to Florida. Dr. Gary graduated from Palmer College at the top of his class and with the help of his mentor Frank he is one of the best in his field. I can not believe the bad review I read about Dr. Plummer. Especially saying that he just wants the money. My experience has been the exact opposite. I have been given the run around about my foot pain for a year now. I've been repeatedly misdiagnosed and taken advantage of. Dr Plummer is the first chiropractor who has really shown he cares about me as a person. He figured out the cause of my pain in less than 10 minutes by showing compassion and listening to me. In only 2 visits my pain is finally going away. He's also charging me less than any other chiropractor I had seen to try to resolve this and I'm receiving far better care. He's told me things I can do at home to relieve my pain. If he truly just wanted your money he would never do that considering he won't get any money from that. I would recommend Dr Plummer to anyone in pain and he is the only chiropractor I will ever visit. read more
