I did ask and was told there was no difference in pricing. Which is why I obviously chose the service. She promised a phone call after a meeting. Unfortunately there was a personal emergency with a staff member and the phone call didn't happen. The stylist did call me and offer a credit to my account. Which I was not what I asked for because I did ask before services were rendered because of price difference. I feel that a cut/color with a short pixie should not cost $250. Way over budget than the original quote. I asked to speak to you Tina, but was never given that opportunity. What also stands out to me is the other reviews of customers with much longer hair and color services paying way less than what I paid for. This was definitely a one and done experience. Next time, please communicate better and with precise details. Nobody should ever have to feel the way I have.

First, I went to her for a hair trial and she helped set up a makeup trial with Beth at the same time; first, my trial experience was wonderful. They were on time, personable and chatting with me the whole time. While I truly did enjoy my trial hair, the more I looked at it, the more I wanted something different. Sami didn't even blink an eye when I showed up on my wedding day with a different idea and inspiration photo. While this place doesn't have much in the way of curb appeal, the inside is actually decorated quite nicely. The first time I visited, I told the stylist what I was going for and she made a lot of helpful suggestions. I get a combo of highlights and lowlights which results in a pretty, dimensional and natural looking color. It is so much better than my natural, dishwater blond color, but not so far off from it that I have crazy roots coming in either. The price is moderate, but I have definitely paid more for the same services at other salons. I always go to Michelle, but the other stylists also seem experienced and very friendly. Although I have not tried their other services,they also do nails and I'm told they do some waxing as well. If you are looking for a new stylist, definitely give this place a try!

When somebody is passionate about their craft, it shows and she was the epitome of professional but more than that she was so completely dedicated to my comfort and my satisfaction. I was checked in; I said I was a new client. I was told to have a seat. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. Nobody came to me to say they were running late. I decided to leave. No customer service/follow up received. This company is very unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't get my hair cut here.
