I had my 2025 Tesla Model 3 tinted here on February 25th. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm, with a 3pm pickup. We arrived early at 12:30. Toby, the owner, informed us he needed to drop his kid off at an appointment and would be back shortly. He returned at 2:40pm. That's over two hours late to work on a car he promised would be done by 3. He then finished the full tint job in just under an hour. If that sounds fast, it should. When he handed the car back, he mentioned casually that he'd nicked his finger during the job. It was bleeding. I didn't think much of it at the time. Then I got in the car. Blood on the front windshield tint. Blood on the rear windshield tint. Blood spots on my headliner. Let that sink in. A grown man bled into my car and handed me my car like nothing happened. The blood was the most alarming part, but it wasn't the only problem. The film had visible wrinkles and misalignment that we noticed before we even left the lot. When we pointed it out, Toby brushed it off. "It'll go away on its own," he said. Getting a refund required a full day of back-and-forth. When we returned the next day, there was no apology. Instead, the person at the front desk actually pushed back. Her exact words: "Toby has been doing this for 30 years, and he has never done a refund. If you think about it, this is a good thing for you." Read that again. They put blood in my car, and I was supposed to feel grateful. We eventually got the refund and asked them to remove the film. When we brought the car back, Toby wasn't there. One person handled a removal job that needed two. The film came off, but so did five of my rear defroster lines. Destroyed. That's a repair that costs more than the tint job itself. So let me do the final math. I didn't save $50. I spent $60 in Ubers driving back and forth. I lost five defroster lines. And I still have blood stains on my headliner that I can't get out. Whatever he quoted you, it's not worth it. If you're still browsing reviews trying to decide whether to book here, let my experience be the last one you need to read.

Coz I had good service first time I went back to them to install stripes. They said it would take 4 -5 hours to remove the old stripes and install new. Later during the day they call me and tell me it's not done and will have to keep the car overnight and will be done by 10 am next morning but they call again and say it will take another 2 hours. I still said ok. Then they don't call me again. To check what's going on I went to the place and see the work is almost done but the car won't start. I ask the guy what happened, he says he don't know. So the battery was dead. The battery was an year and half year old. I cannot believe the battery would die so soon. I still took the car home thinking the battery would recharge after a run of couple hours. It ran fine for that day but next day car would not start. So I took my wife's car and went to the place explaining the owner what happened. He listened to me nicely but said he cannot do anything about it. He started blaming on my cars alternator and said that might have gone bad. Anyways I took the car to pep boys and replaced the battery- so that was the whole battery fiasco. Now today I went back to the place and showed them there was some unfinished stripe work. They looked at the car and said now they don't do graphics work anymore. They said the guy who installed the stripes does not work there anymore and they cannot help. They literally asked my to go to a different shop down the street and get it fixed. Their work might be good but attitude is bad.

They even tinted right over the inspection sticker in the window, said it was OUR fault for not telling them about the sticker, then cut it out and put in another patch of tinting in the hole, with a ton of un-tinted space around it. Talk about a hack job! I am absolutely appalled. Over $400 paid up front & they refuse to fix it unless we pay more. On top of that, the lady running things is acting like a complete child, refusing to fix it or refund, calling us terrible customers on FB, saying she will beat us like she beat cancer and removing our comments with photos of the job. We are not hard to please & we love shopping locally. I know they have been around for a while and have plenty of satisfied customers, but this job needs to be made right.
