Do NOT use this solar film company unless you want to be disappointed!! The installer did not use a drop cloth, then dropped his razor knife ( while climbing 15ft. ladder) on our newly installed flooring, causing a small slit in flooring. When I tried reporting the damage to the company owner, he claimed there was no damage, practically calling me a liar. I would strongly advise against hiring these ignorant, incompetent people. I approached this business for 2 things 1. Tint my car window 2. Install stripes on the car They did descent window tints. Happy with it. Coz I had good service first time I went back to them to install stripes. They said it would take 4 -5 hours to remove the old stripes and install new. Later during the day they call me and tell me it's not done and will have to keep the car overnight and will be done by 10 am next morning but they call again and say it will take another 2 hours. I still said ok. Then they don't call me again. To check what's going on I went to the place and see the work is almost done but the car won't start. I ask the guy what happened, he says he don't know. So the battery was dead. The battery was an year and half year old. I cannot believe the battery would die so soon. I still took the car home thinking the battery would recharge after a run of couple hours. It ran fine for that day but next day car would not start. So I took my wife's car and went to the place explaining the owner what happened. He listened to me nicely but said he cannot do anything about it. He started blaming on my cars alternator and said that might have gone bad. Anyways I took the car to pep boys and replaced the battery- so that was the whole battery fiasco. Now today I went back to the place and showed them there was some unfinished stripe work. They looked at the car and said now they don't do graphics work anymore. They said the guy who installed the stripes does not work there anymore and they cannot help. They literally asked my to go to a different shop down the street and get it fixed. Got my fiancé's car windows tinted here and they came out great. Did the 2 front doors lighter than the back 3 windows. The workers there were all friendly and informative. We just dropped off our car and it took about 2.5 hrs. Not sure if the cost is different for certain cars but for his Mazda 3 for 5 windows cost 180 plus tax. They do a lot of other kinds of tints as well and I might get my car a paint protector thing for the winter :) and their office is very nice! read more

NOT recommended. We scheduled a window film install for July 13th, 2020. We were quite clear that the ONLY reason we were agreeing to the install was because of the urgency of the heating issue we were having, and that if it wasn't going to be installed this week, we did not want to do it. We were assured multiple times in writing that they would get it done quickly. The original install was postponed, when they did come, they DID NOT actually complete the work necessary. They left the TWO LARGEST WINDOWS in the apartment without film. As I write this, it is September 10th, nearly 2 MONTHS after the initial order, and we still have no ETA for the completion of those windows. The only thing that has been offered is unacceptable (installing two small pieces of film with a giant seam down the center of the window, this does not look professional). They are refusing ANY type of refund, even though they are 2 months late, with zero end in sight. Not to mention, we experienced ZERO benefit from the film, because leaving the 2 largest windows un-done negated any effect the rest of it could have had. So effectively, we paid nearly $7,000 for nothing, and then were refused a refund point blank. Ridiculous way to go about doing business. read more
