I have gone to this salon for over a year off and on. Weds. of this week was one of the worst experiences of a pedicure that I have ever had! My friend had the owner do her toes & she was done in 30 minutes. I had to wait until someone came in to work to do mine. She put her fingers on my toes at least 3 times & had to remove the polish completely & start over. In the meantime, the owner had taken the polish to use on her next client, so I had to wait until she was finished with it. Seriously???? We had only been there about 40 minutes. Neither of our toes were dry 2 hours later after we went to Costco afterwards. I will NOT go again! EVER read more

Went there for the first time yesterday and had a HORRIBLE experience. I got a dip manicure and I've never such a painful manicure in my life and my cuticles are so inflamed and hurt so bad today. They were bleeding during the service and then stinging so bad. Was absolutely not worth the $75+...no offer of a discount either as I sat there in pain throughout it. Will never go back read more

We came here for a MOMS Club event and wanted to get pedicures. We made 10am reservations and were put into chairs immediately upon them opening the salon. The owner, Amy, was super friendly and got us started. Our nail techs were really nice, talkative, and made us feel really comfortable. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I'll for sure come back, as they were so wonderful! read more

I just got a pedicure here with Tram and had a wonderful experience. She was attentive and gentle with her touch, which is so important to me and my sensitive toes/cuticles. She took her time with each part of the pedicure, not rushing through the steps as I've experienced in the past. I don't know if this is typical for other salons, but the massage chairs definitely were a highlight. read more

I live in NY but go to school in OH so I've been looking for a good nail spot. I freaking love this place and will definitely be making this my permanent spot here. I got my nails done by Haley and she took the time to make my nails perfect. She made sure they were even and she as patient when I was being super picky about the color I wanted the design on my ring finger was wonky at first but she took the time to redo it until it was the way I liked it. Quality of the work was excellent. The place was very clean. Tech was friendly and attentive and thorough. I'd give this place five stars, except for the price: $58 + tip for a set of dips, one color, no extras. That's almost twice what I pay at home (Dallas.) Maybe the pricing is just higher here but I was surprised. read more

Ultra Nails is my new favorite nail salon! Spotless clean, nice waiting area, and they take appointments. (been to a few that don't) My adult daughter and I both had gel manicures applied and had a wonderful time. Clear English is spoken. Sterilized tools are used. I am in the area once a month for work, and I ALWAYS make an appointment at Ultra. I love the nail techs...their personalities and their work. I get either a full set or a fill depending on the state of my nails. The quality is amazing. I cannot find a salon in my area that compares. The gel lasts for nearly 3 weeks, and my acrylics are always strong. Highly recommend this place! read more

I am very sad to update my review but how my last visit went was unacceptable. I signed my name in and there were only 2 people ahead of me, they only had 3 techs doing nails and it was a Saturday so I get it, I knew I would have to wait, that wasn't the issue, the issue was that 5, yes 5 more people walked in AFTER me, and I was passed up for ALL 5 of these people....and I know they did not all have appointments because she asked several of them what they were having done when they signed in. At no time did they give me a wait time, or say anything to me, (and I come here once a month for the past year and a half to get my nails done, i'm not just a "walk in") I sat here for an hour without being acknowledged or given a reason why I was passed up by 5 people. I love this shop, and how they do nails, Suong was great, but I will not be back after this, the whole experience was unacceptable. read more

I will definitely be going back to Ultra for a mani/ pedi - shellac on my nails and the regular pedi. I recommend Katelyn, she is very easy to talk to and does an excellent job! I picked a regular color that just happened to match a shellac, but I now know to just ask her since she knows all of the matches. I've never had someone paint the edges on my nails first, she said it will make it last longer. I do think that is true, even with how rough I am on my nails! read more

I have visited this nail salon several times. Everytime I sign in, I have to wait for at least an hour. They have 6 tech's working on pedicures, and 1 tech working on nails. I have tried to schedule an appointment and I still waited over an hour. I won't be back. They don't do a great job and it's not worth the wait. There are many nail places in the Green that have better customer service. read more

I had made an appointment for a pedicure with a particular technician and when I arrived the owner told me to pick out my polish, which I did. I went back and had a seat to patiently wait for my preferred tech. Within a few minutes the owner came back up to the front and again told me to pick out my polish and I told her I already had done so. She then told me to go to the back and I didn't know if there was a particular station to go to, seeing I had never been there for a pedicure. My tech was finishing up with another customer so I asked another tech where I should sit and she said anywhere, so I did. This tech came back to me and I was not aware that she was preparing the water for my preferred tech to do the pedicure. At this point the owner was working on another customer. When I mentioned to the tech that my appointment was with another tech, the owner stopped her pedicure and threw her hands up and yelled at me, in front of a full house, that "she's gonna fill the water!!" She was giving me a dirty look and turned back to her customer. The girl never filled my water, the tech I had an appointment with and her customer both looked at me with shock that i got yelled at. Although i really like the girl who did my pedicure, I refuse to ever again spend any money at her establishment. I am not a child or one of her employees, i am a paying customer, and she has no sense of customer service or even basic civility. I don't recommend going here if you want to be treated with respect. read more

I am picky when it comes to what I want my nails to look like and when I came to Ultra Nails, I hadn't had them done for a few years. They got me right in each time I have been there and have done a great job. I now make appointments and I request Gail each time. She is so patient and helps me when I'm being indecisive when picking out length and color (which is a lot). Everyone there is so friendly, down to earth and always willing to help. I always come here whenever I need my nails and eyebrows done! I love it so much! Song is the best! I always ask for her. I don't trust anyone in the world to do my eyebrows but I'll let her do them any day of the week! She's great. It is decorated so nice and the staff is friendly! I always feel right at home there.
