I had a bad experience on how the owner are handling a bad review I post on their fb page. I came in last week, Thursday with my niece and didn't get served on. I was waiting in the waiting room, a couple of workers saw us come in and didn't acknowledge us. I tried to get their attention and wasn't successful . So I left and left a bad review on their fb. Just stating my bad experience on not getting acknowledged by their workers. Instead of handing it professionally they attack me by saying I was a nobody, that I'm a phony, to stick it and tried to make a rude racial comment. So I shared it on my fb post and then They started to attack ppl that comment on it, calling ppl names, they are cyber bullying, they got to a point that they shared a girl's 3 year old son picture and called him a MEXICAN RAT. now they are deleting everything because all the black lash they are receiving. This was my first time getting my haircut with Erin. I have had such a hard time finding a good hair stylist that does what I am asking them to do. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I really loved my haircut. The style I have is a bob haircut that is stacked in the back. Not everyone knows how to cut this style right.
