The true test is when we return a few times a year the pool should be clean, not perfect but basically clean. The pool was dirty upon our return to FL, not horrible but dirty like it hadn't been touched in a week or two and you can tell there are no chemicals in the water. We were here at home for a week upon our return and nobody came to clean the pool so finally the wife called and complained about this and the "owners" response was maybe you should find another pool company. Well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you should never talk to your customer that way. So they were promptly fired. I can get any pool company to come out and spend 10min or less on the pool but apparently this was even too much. Now when I test all the chemicals I can bet $ that there are none in the pool, a waste of my time and $. Next! Updated... I went through the pool and cleaned it all up and of the six or so chemical tests they all failed there wasn't one category of chemical that didn't fail except PH was reasonable by luck but this pool hardly ever has PH issues.

I was very fortunate to be referred to Native Pools of Brevard. John is more than a pool maintenance person. He is a chemist. By process of elimination, he finally pinpointed several issues. The prior owner of my house did not maintain the pool, which caused algae to bloom. The pool filter was not the correct size, so debris and water was carried out of the pool but flushed right back to the pool. John ordered the correct filter and treated the pool over the course of a few weeks. Finally, although it did not appear that the pool was losing water, John determined that the pool was leaking. We had the leak repaired, and with the correct filter and John's weekly visits, my pool is beautiful every day. John is honest, hardworking, reliable and his prices are fair. I could not be happier with the outcome.
