Do not allow your loved ones to go to Bayhealth ED is she is your nurse. She threathened us and refused to give us medical notes which hadn't been put in the system and was aggressive and uncaring. That place is a joke, patient advocy covers everything up and telepsych Dr's are also unprofrossional. How can you possibly have a psych consult over video conference and not in person? cutting corners at the cost of people's lives- Bayhealth should be ashamed to have Dr Christopher Burky and Amanda Rockemann employed there!

Ok fine but only to have my son call me and say they need 29 more for a hearing test that they missed on the paperwork. Okay fine paid it. Or to have my son call me a third time saying they didn't see the tb test on the paperwork so for the third time paid a 28.00. This is dumb someone needs better eye glasses or training

These people are no help at all. I waited over 4 hours drove (1 hour and 10 mins ) for nothing--and they acts as if they didn't care, contact sources ( VA ) faxes have been sent twice, emails sent to wrong people and nothing positive as come to me yet!! Unbelievable
