I went for a green light treatment of my chest to get rid of some age spots and skin redness. I was promised great results with a possible followup treatment. The results were dismal. The age spots are still there. The only improvement was some of the redness that has diminished. What was promised and what was delivered was a waste of $550. I would not recommend them. read more

If I could give negative star I would. Dr. Parsons didn't take enough time to explain the procedure and i felt rushed into agreeing to get the injection which I later found it to be permanent. I would never would have had it done if I knew of the facts that it would be permanent and there are possible detrimental side effects. Yes I admit I should have done more research on it but I would think something of that significance should've disclosed. In addition, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I posted my concerns and questions a few months ago on their website but never heard from them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have a great anxiety about the potential significant consequences and just praying that nothing detrimental happens as a result of this injection. I went in for a consultation which was a super quick process, and since the procedure is quick (15 mins) they offered to do it same day. I am still in the healing process, but so far love the outcome. They were very polite, professional, and addressed all of my needs & concerns. Went in for Botox and filler. After the treatments, no ice packs, no arnica , nothing was offered to help alleviate the bruising. I waited a week and emailed the office. Stay away from here! Went for 6 Brazilian laser sessions. Last one in Aug they burned me, have a scar. Also all of my hair is growing back! Complete waste of time and $. I'm asking for a full refund and they are bringing up a document I signed saying it may not work for everyone. If it didn't work, why did you have me come back 6 times??? I now have one eye larger than the other and wake up with one swollen every morning. This is the cause of a second treatment she did because HER first game plan made little to no difference in the areas I asked to have addressed.
