I went for a green light treatment of my chest to get rid of some age spots and skin redness. I was promised great results with a possible followup treatment. The results were dismal. The age spots are still there. The only improvement was some of the redness that has diminished. What was promised and what was delivered was a waste of $550. I would not recommend them. read more

If I could give negative star I would. Dr. Parsons didn't take enough time to explain the procedure and i felt rushed into agreeing to get the injection which I later found it to be permanent. I would never would have had it done if I knew of the facts that it would be permanent and there are possible detrimental side effects. Yes I admit I should have done more research on it but I would think something of that significance should've disclosed. In addition, I posted my concerns and questions a few months ago on their website but never heard from them. I have a great anxiety about the potential significant consequences and just praying that nothing detrimental happens as a result of this injection. I would never go there again and advise anyone thinking of doing so to stay away for your own safety. read more

I went in for a consultation which was a super quick process, and since the procedure is quick (15 mins) they offered to do it same day. I am still in the healing process, but so far love the outcome. They were very polite, professional, and addressed all of my needs & concerns. As a business owner myself, I take customer service very seriously and they certainly provided amazing service. Cat pic is before Dog pic is after Service- was the voluma lip injection; when i smiled my lip always curled up, and when i had a straight face i always had a rbf*. With this service they focused mostly on making sure the top lip wouldn't curl under, as well as in the corners to curve up / slight smile. Went in for Botox and filler. After the treatments, no ice packs, no arnica , nothing was offered to help alleviate the bruising. I waited a week and emailed the office. The office manager wrote me back and said someone would be in touch. Another week went by. Still a lot of bruising and no word from Renove. I feel used and abused. Never going here again. read more

Stay away from here! Went for 6 Brazilian laser sessions. Last one in Aug they burned me, have a scar. Also all of my hair is growing back! Complete waste of time and $. I'm asking for a full refund and they are bringing up a document I signed saying it may not work for everyone. If it didn't work, why did you have me come back 6 times??? Don't do it ladies! Go to a professional i.e., a plastic surgeon or dermatologist NOT an emergency room doctor, which is what doctor parsons was. I now have one eye larger than the other and wake up with one swollen every morning. This is the cause of a second treatment she did because HER first game plan made little to no difference in the areas I asked to have addressed.
