There are maybe 4 sushi places in amsterdam that are worth eating at and none of them are great. Even yamazato is about as goid as your average, walk in off the street, sushi bar in NY or California. Sushi is one of the things I've missed deeply in my 12 years living here and Otaru is a perfect example of why.
