The first time I waited until after my 4 hour delivery window for my item to be delivered for me to call them and to have them say well we can't find it in our warehouse and it didn't make it on the delivery truck. I waited that whole time for them to show up and they didn't and then they proceeded to tell me that well I guess I should've called to tell you that we couldn't find it...uhh do you think!! I guess they think people don't work and have all the time in the world to wait on them. They proceeded to tell me that when they find it they will deliver it at my convenience. Well, I didn't know my convenience was actually their convenience. Here I sit for the second time waiting and I called again to see when it would be delivered just for them to tell me well our system is down so we don't know when it will be delivered. Well, don't worry I'm sure you'll pay for my wages that I missed out on today because you can't figure out your own system or have the common knowledge to pick up the phone and call to let your customers know their item won't be delivered today and apologize because you don't know where you put your items in your warehouse. Stay away people! They say their the best delivery service but I beg to differ!

A young mother with two children approached me in front of my house asking me to call a cab for…read morethem. And because she's hearing impaired, I called and arranged everything for her, including taking care of the verification for her. In the call, and the follow up call I got, told me that her cab would be showing up shortly. Over a full hour later, heading toward 11PM, she's still standing in front of my house, waiting for her ride to show up. If an alternate ride shows up, I'll be setting her up with someone else. It's way past her children's bed time, and I'm really feeling sorry for her and her kids. This is way past ridiculous. This is Thursday, not the weekend. Then I might almost be understanding.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Capital Express delivered a package today. Notification was not…read moremade of any sort and I was at home. I live in an apartment building and they did not buzz our secured door, nor did they knock on my door. The package was very heavy and I wanted to have it dropped in my garage for safekeeping but was denied that opportunity. With great difficulty, I was able to move the item but I do not recommend Capital Express for any shipping or delivery as they do not let anyone know they have arrived.
