Randy returned my call soon after and he was available to clean the chimney today, being a Saturday it was a little more than a weekday but i needed it done. He was on time, professional, did an amazing thorough job. Very informative as to the workings of the wood stove, even showed us there were 2 fans built into the design we never knew were there. I will definitely be calling him again for regular maintenance of the stove and chimney, not to mention i would highly recommend him to friends.

They even had a big machine and seemed very professional. What I got was a total sham, especially for the amount of money that I paid. My road is now way worse than it was before. You can tell that it is not recycled asphalt because it has a ton of regular gravel in it. When I called repeatedly to ask for them to fix things, they just kept blowing me off. Beware!

Hired to install an alt. tank septic system. First, he tried to bully me into letting him install…read morethe tank almost under the corner of the house we were going to build. Then he switched out the concrete tank for a plastic one. Said it was better. Not. He did not level/compact the ground, didn't put in the anti-siphoning value and tried not to install the control panel. Then he charged us more for a cheaper plastic tank. He referred us to his friend, Michael Cross for the required 2-year maintenance contract. When his friend quit, we found out all the things wrong with our system. 168 low water alarms because no value. Excessive settling. Plastic tank so warped the lid won't go on and off anymore. And we found out we paid about $2k more than the going price. Randy won't respond to our calls or letters. And of course by the time his friend quit, it was too late to put in a complaint with the contractor's board. Don't hire either one - Randy Ryan or his friend Michael Cross or Michael's son Chad Cross.
