Reyna seriously rocked my world recently! I triple fractured my ankle 10 months ago, and I'm still…read morestruggling a lot, so it's really hard to clean and my house had not been cleaned in almost 5 months since I moved in. Talk about a stress face situation! It bothered me every day and I told myself just get up and clean a little bit each day. You can do it! Aaaaand, nope! I couldn't. Sometimes when you have extenuating circumstances like I do and you get overwhelmed, you just get frozen on projects like this, and I was frozen! And it just got worse and worse and worse, to the point where I was afraid to even have anybody come over because I was embarrassed, but I realized that I would have to suck it up and do something, so I started looking around for some help. Not only did Rayna get right back to me, which is really handy, because when you are on the fence about spending money and you're not sure if you want to commit to it, you need to have somebody get back to you while you are still willing to do it. And she got back to me immediately, which was super helpful! Second of all, she was very professional and upbeat, which was helpful because I told her I'm so embarrassed by my house and she reassured me and said, don't worry about it, she's probably seen worse, and it's fine, no big deal. And then she was able to schedule a time to come to my house very quickly, like within a week. Again, when it's something that you want to have done like this, you want to have it done ASAP, not only because you need the service, but you don't want to change your mind! (Some people book out a long time and you feel kind of resentful by the time they finally get there and you were stressed the whole time waiting for them to fit you in their schedule). However, I had planned to tidy up more before she got here (I have a joke about you know how much of a slob you are by how much you have to clean before the cleaning person comes LOL Well, I am a slob....like teenager, bad!). Because there were piles of clean clothes that I hadn't put away and piles of mail and an overflowing sink full of dirty dishes that smelled like dead body parts because I had let dirty dishes sit in the bottom of the sink for like months.I was so mortified by all of this, but without blinking an eye she just dove right in and started doing dishes. I am so grateful! And she was affordable and did quality work and was very responsive and super pleasant in her texts and also when she got here, and she dove in went right to work. I'm having financial issues due to the triple fractured ankle (that has caused me to not be able to clean) so I can't afford her to come on a regular basis, but I am definitely going to use her as much as I can! And that's another thing.....Sometimes other cleaners get really weird and fussy and say "I either have to come twice a month or every three weeks or every week or I can't take you as a client", and they get all weird and require a frequency of cleaning visits, and it's like why not let people just reach out when they need you? And if some people want to make it a regular thing and they make that choice on their own that's fine, but don't keep people within a framework and make the visits on a mandatory schedule contrary to what the client wants or needs. But luckily Reyna was totally flexible and told me to just let her know when I need her. What a relief and a joy to find her! I highly recommend Rayna for every reason possible, as well as her design flair......I had just sloppily plunked down on the counter some of my small appliances to use and not figured out where I wanted to put them on my counters yet (since I just moved in 4 months ago) so it was just a cluster f**k and a total mess, and she rearranged my little small appliances and even things like my container of spatulas and wooden spoons and stuff and my little cake stand and she made it look super cute. What a bonus! I'm going keep it the way she put it because it looks so cute. So she has a good eye for placement of things too and can rearrange stuff for you if you're willing to let her, and you probably will like it more where she put it than the way you had it. And I ended up being out so long running errands that I didn't get home till after dark and she had left some lights on. So I came home to this softly lit house that was clean. I felt like I was checking into a hotel! I love Reyna and cannot wait for her to come clean again! I highly recommend her for all the above reasons I mentioned!
