He put the wrong shower door in for the space, and then blamed us for not choosing a more expensive model (we chose the most expensive of the three he offered). It wobbles so much when opening or closing it, anyone would think it's broken. He tried to suggest that it just needs to "settle in." Right. That chestnut. When we confronted him about it not fitting the space (it hits the toilet, so only opens part way), he said, "I can't think of every little issue." How about any issue at all? And it's not a little issue. This is the kind of expertise you look for--that he clearly didn't have. When we told him we were going to have to have it redone, he offered no solutions to resolve the issue. All in all, a miserable experience. And that niceness sure didn't last.
