From my very first visit, when I had mixed up the time but they failed to tell me & let me sit there for an hour. Or most recently when I tried to make an appointment, and did not have my insurance card on hand so they refused to set a date. And then to the person who sits in the section with the eyeglasses -- last time I was in there, there were two dead cockroaches on the floor, she was on her phone & my very presence was an annoyance. While I appreciated the lack of pressure sales, this was ridiculous. She barely looked at me as I asked questions about frames. I liked this office for its location & Dr. Woldorff but I will have to move on to another place that seems be fully focused on the patient.
