This young group of doctors and providers and staff are so helpful and kind to my elderly husband (85) and me (76). I was trying to get established with a new provider & chose this place because it was closer to my home. My 1st visit was to me the dr., (P.A), Mary and when I went in for the consultation she told me that she was leaving the practice so I would be referred to Jennifer Taylor. All that was fine with me until this morning, 6/11/2026. I arrived at 7:20a for my 7:40a appointment for bloodwork. They receptionist said my appointment was to see the dr. I explained that I was supposed to get bloodwork today and see the dr. for my physical next week. Thinking that was all understood and clear, I took a seat and waited while everyone eIse who came in after I did had been called back. Then I asked the receptionist a couple of time when I would be seen. She said they were waiting for orders to come in so that I could get my bloodwork done and that I would be called next. Again, I took a seat then they called someone else and at 7:50a I went to the desk and told them that I was leaving. I understand that human error happens but I honestly feel like this all happened for a couple of good reasons, terrible healthcare providers and terrible customer care.

My initial experience with…read moremy first FNP (Alyssa Lloyd) was good, but she left the practice after six months of me becoming a patient. I was then assigned to another FNP during which time I had questions about the level of my care, because I felt my best interest was not being met, as my Primary Care Physician. After all, there were times when I needed help or requested referrals, but it was met with denials. Once I started voicing my displeasure with my medical care. An incident occurred that I felt was handled by the FNP that was very unprofessional and handled in a demeaning manner. I voiced my opinion regarding it, and shortly afterwards, I received a letter telling me that I had to find another physician in 30 days because I was not in agreement with my medical care.

I find Dr. Meeham to be very thorough. She takes her time with me and she listens and shares information. I hate prescription medication and she's been willing to allow me to make lifestyle changes rather than just handing out prescription after prescription. I appreciate that she explains but doesn't "push". So far it's working out. I'm healthy. I also love Renee, the reception gal and also Dr. Meeham's long-time lab phlebotomist whom I call "Painless". This is a good practice.

Dr. Kryn asked questions about medications, other doctors seen, lifestyle, and symptoms. I was set up for a procedure for the next day. Again the next day Dr. Kryn was nice and calm, making me feel calm. I was put under in the office, and given a brief synopsis of what he didn't find. However, I was given no medication for what was found/for the pain. Also, I have yet to receive a follow up call from the procedure. I have called the office twice to get a follow up from Dr. Kryn (and to see what was found). I have not received any information and not received a call. It has been almost a week since the procedure. So...if you have a cold or something that can be solved in one visit...I would recommend Dr. Kryn's office. However, follow up and contacting him for follow-ups he/his office drops the ball severely.
