The delivery person said they knew we wanted white but were not available and brought black instead. I spent the next several hours driving to stores to find white linens for the tables. There was no communication from the company that they would be unable to deliver reserved linens. Overall...not impressed.

On the third day, she finally received an invoice and paid immediately. A week later, my event planner reached out to retrieve details for the pick up, and was told she could not retrieve the chairs because she never signed the contract (a contract that was never sent). While my event planner was trying to remedy the situation over the phone with the owner (Iva), I listened to Iva be extremely rude and dismissive even while my event planner was going out of her way to be understanding of a mistake that had nothing to do with her. To add insult to injury, the owner repeatedly made racist remarks including "this is why I never do work with your type of people," and cancelled our rental order. When we requested a refund, we were told it would be mailed, though the original invoice was paid online. Eventually, we were told we could come pick up the check instead. Once my event planner picked up the check and returned to her car, she realized it was short $10. Instead of the owner simply writing a new check for the correct amount, she told my event planner that they were now closed (which they weren't). My event planner stated she'd be back tomorrow when they open to retrieve the new check, and the owner stated "well I'll be here with my gun when you come back." Are you serious? My event planner is reputable, experienced, and conducted herself in the highest regard, and was met with rude, racist, reprehensible behavior from a "business owner." 10/10 would not recommend.

We needed a 5 tables and 25 chairs delivered for a Memorial Day grad party we were hosting and were not able to place an order until the Friday before due to a family funeral the same week. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. Pickup here in this pretty tight lot was very quick and efficient!…read more There's enough space here for a few cars and their semi truck that backs up to the loading dock to pick up and drop off shipments of linens. I got there and rang the bell and they waved me to the loading dock to pick up my boxes. I had three very heavy boxes of linens (each box had between 50 and 75 chair covers). I trusted everything was correct in them because it'd be too hard to open up the bags and count each cover. I was given a little hand cart, loaded them up, and was on my way. Little did I know as well, that we were given a separate bag in one of the boxes of extra chair covers, so that was pretty cool. The return date for them was the next day. In the box, we had instructions of how the covers needed to be packed up and returned. Our wedding was on a Saturday, we tore down on Sunday, and had to return them on Monday. I know people get upset about needing to return things the next business day, but that's how it is because these companies need their stuff back to clean and reuse. We arrived back to this location late in the day on Monday, dropped off the three boxes, and were on our way. I'm sure they counted later on, but we didn't have any missing and were given no additional charges. Loved the experience renting linens from here from the very beginning to the very end! Thanks again for aiding in making our wedding wonderful!
