        History

        Established in 1989.

        Uncle leo's Raodhouse goes back to the 1950's when Attilio (Leo) Prestia immigrated to Australia from Italy. Leo set up a shop on the side of the road next door to his family home. Leo initially sold fruit and veggies to the local community until the F5 freeway was built in the '70's. Leo then began to offer truck drivers and travelers heading on the freeway refreshments. Leo became fondly known as Uncle Leo to many locals and drivers regularly passing through. So when his children - Lisa, Joe & Sam took over, it seemed natural to call this much loved roadhouse - Uncle Leo's.

      The price of fuel here is always the lowest I can find in Sydney, even cheaper than the lowest on…read morethe NSW fuel check app. The pumps are clean and well laid out for the volume of cars and there is always a staff member walking around for assistance if it's your first visit. Today diesel was 22c per litre cheaper than our local Caltex servo, wish I lived closer!
