The I do score my actual game but nice to hit another just to correct the oops. Owners are super helpful it's very relaxed. Others on the course are courteous and friendly. You could take your kids here and folks would just be happy you are spending time with them. Fish fry on Friday was really good and well you just feel at home here. The interior is beautifully done, with a separate bar area from the rest of the dining area, a casual store for the golfers, and an excellent 'event area' towards the back of the location. Their golf course is very well maintained. I golfed here for practice during my high school years, and was impressed with the quality then, and am still impressed with the quality now! I've never had any unkind encounters at this location, the staff are friendly and efficient, and if I ever feel like golfing 18 holes in my hometown, I would go here in a heart beat.

I like to walk - but it is tough on this course because of the distance between some of the greens to the next tee box. So, unless you have time for a 5 hour round - probably best to take a cart. The green fees are a little pricey - but I normally only play this course on the weekends- so I assume they jack up the prices on the weekends to take advantage of the cabin owners. OMG the food was amazing. The view of the golf course was beautiful. If I lived in this area, I would be here every Friday. We returned on Sunday morning for brunch. We were not disappointed. If the food and view were not enough, we were treated as if we were old friends by the restaurant staff. It was obvious, that the regular patrons were welcomed guests. More importantly, we were welcomed in the same manner. I can't wait until next year, when we return to the area for the Ashley for the Arts Festival.

I'd like to shout out one of that managers, during our play, 3 other golfers with carts zigzagged out of play through several of our holes, backtracking, going through, and even crossed over 18 right in front of me as I was ready to tee off with no more than a glance. This was more just annoying and dangerous for them, so we didn't let it ruin our game! After, we just brought it to the attention of the manager, who was very understanding and reiterated that was not tolerated and would be dealt with. We never expected anything, just wanted to let them know and she returned to us with a certificate for another round of golf. She was incredibly nice and super helpful! Will most definitely return!

They sell great apparel in the pro shop - really nice technical gear. We walked the course - they have very nice push carts with locking wheels.
