Ok, let me start this by saying, I hate leaving reviews. Customers and employees have bad days, as well as good ones, who's to say you'll have the same experience as the person who left the review in the first place? But I felt like I needed to write this, as a thanks to the employees who helped me today. so I went into uncle Stu's on my little brothers recommendation to pick up some kratom. I knew it was going to be more expensive than what I'm used to (65 for a kilo), and it was. But the two guys who were working were super nice, even though i was prolly a little (unintentionally) rude. I asked for 40grams of their red maeng da. Dude said it would be 45, but then gave me a 5 dollar discount. That was nice enough, and I said thanks and I appreciated it. However, when I got home, and weighed the bag they gave me, it weighed out to 200g's. That's quite the hook up, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. I foolishly said I'd never come back cause it was too expensive, but if you don't buy online like I do, I HIGHLY suggest going here. The staff is great, and as you can see, they take care of their customers, even when they're cantankerous and (unintentionally) rude like I was. read more

I've been visiting Uncle Stu's since I moved to the area in 2017. I recently started stopping in more frequently because I stopped smoking cigarettes and now vape. The staff is absolutely outstanding. They are knowledgeable, VERY helpful and engaging! One of the girls there was able to help me start my aging, arthritic dog on a CBD oil that is allowing her to move again more freely. Their prices are very reasonable compared to all the other vape shops you find on every corner! Today I stopped in and left without getting my $25 change. When I realized it, I called and headed back to the store. The girl that helped me gave me my missing change, AND a free vape for the inconvenience! In my opinion, they go above and beyond, with classy, old school customer service, and deserve big acknowledgment! Thanks Uncle Stu's! We'll see ya again soon. read more

Update: I purchased a plastic grinder in Aug 2018 and its cutting/grinding power is awesome. I was surprised bc its plastic and not metal but it's strong...really strong. Its light and no metal dector troubles with a plastic grinder. I love it and it was like $10 read more

All of the staff (especially Uncle Stu) make you feel so welcome right when you come in. Each employee is knowledgeable about every product and will explain it to somebody who doesn't smoke much, like myself or will give advice about each products to seasoned smokers like my boyfriend. They really accommodate everybody. Each time I've gone in, I've found a product I liked. Uncle Stu and some of his staff also offer so many free samples to see if you like the product and can give great and honest recommendations, meaning they won't blindly recommend anything just to make a sale. Uncle Stu has sent me home with many gifts when I stop in. Just for once instance, he saw me looking at a pink glass bracelet which I tried on and he told me "not to take it off" and keep it for free! He chatted with my boyfriend for a good 20 minutes and we all enjoyed our time in the store. I absolutely love this place! Just a disclaimer, I am completely ignorant about pretty much everything sold at a shop like this. But the workers here just don't care. By far the best vape shop and kratom store I've ever seen. Their supply of kratom is unmatched. They have a great supply of powder and capsules for you to choose from. The staff is super knowledgeable about the different strains that they carry. They have the biggest selection of vaping products I've ever seen. First time here, and could not have had a better experience. First, the selection is enormous. I have never been in a vape shop this big. They even have a section for CBD products, which is also the largest selection in a vape shop that I have yet to see. Second, their customer service is top notch. Logan, who greeted me immediately, was friendly, helpful, and very well-knowledged. He helped me pick out pods, and even gave me a used replacement for my dead Myle unit because they did not have any in stock. Then he helped my pick out CBD, and even gave me a sample of something he thought I might like. Bottom line, Logan went above and beyond what I could expect from a vape shop sales associate. This place is hands down one of the top smoke shops I have ever been to. From product to service. I even have a particular experience that stands out. I have recently switched most of my smoking from cigarettes to organic hemp cigarettes, and when they ran out, what I assume to be the manager of the store called stu right in front of me to check on availability and even followed up when they came in, and set some aside for me. Store was great when it first opened. I walked in and the guy working there told me that all of their 60 ml bottles were priced at $19.99 to stay competitive. I thought to myself, great, I no longer have to order online and wait for my shipment (all of their juice lines can be found online at that price for a 60 ml). So I bought for about 2 weeks at this price, was quite happy. I walked in one day and there was some new dude there that I had never seen before and I told him that I love their prices and he proceeded to tell me that the same 60 ml bottles of juice I have been buying for 2 weeks were no longer $19.99. I told him to scan it in his system and show me the price. Dude proceeded to tell me that whoever entered it in the system entered it wrong and now the price for the same juice I have been buying for $19.99 is now $24.99 (by the way, it rung up as $19.99). Lost me as a customer, which I would have been on a weekly basis. Stay away from this place, I am willing to bet that they order from the same place that consumers can order online and just charge you an up charge ( I won't name the online site here but a simple google search of the brands they carry will show you that they are pretty much ripping of their customers) I would rather wait a day for a shipment then be up charged. read more
