I support reuse and sustainability, but this should be clearly communicated and reflected in the price. It felt unfair to pay full price for an item that showed signs of reused and damaged materials. I reached out in good faith to clarify a pricing question and then to address the quality concerns. I also spent time trying to clean and improve the item myself. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution, and the communication became increasingly aggressive.
