I had no idea what I wanted, but they took me around, showed me the options available to me and then let me decide. There were no pushy sales tactics which was nice to see. Once I had decided on the blinds I wanted out came the samples. They had a lot of options for me. Again I was shown everything and then given time to decide. They did offer suggestions on what they thought may fit the room, but again there was no sales push. They offer nice friendly service with a lot of options. Just be prepared to be bombarded with options.

As with most building projects that are major there are always minor delays and setbacks but these situations were dealt with professionally and the level of communication was satisfactory.
