Second time he called 15 minutes before appointment and cancelled and rescheduled again the next day. Third time he did not show up and did not call back even after I called twice to find out what happened. So, third time is the charm and called another window cleaner who was prompt and even called right before the appointment to confirm he would be here on time. Very rude of Willamette Valley Window so why he has a 5 star rating is beyond me.
