I believe the other company is in Corvallis. That is the company that did not complete the job. Shiloh even went as far as to come out and reattach the dryer vent at no charge if the other Superior Carpet Cleaning did not want to complete the job at no charge. I am giving this company a 5 rating for being good small business owners that actually want to listen to customers.

Kelly is easy to reach by text message and has been flexible with our schedule. My husband is a disabled veteran that struggles with PTSD. He stays home and does his best to clean up. Kelly comes in once every two weeks to help with the more detailed cleaning. When he is not doing well she was able to come in weekly. My husband does not really like having people over, so he was skeptical at first when I suggested getting a house cleaner. He likes Kelly and doesn't mind her being in our house cleaning. Kelly is also great with pets and my dog absolutely loves her.
