I purchased a sofa and love seat from Bullock Furniture in Kennett, Mo. and when the…read moredelivery guy, Billy and another man were bringing it in, they accidentally put 3 dents in my new refrigerator that I just paid off. I didn't realize it until they were backing out of my driveway. When i went back to Bullock to let them know, they would not look at the pictures I have of the refrigerator, and the delivery man, Billy, stood in front of my face and lied and said they did not do it. The Bullocks said they would not do anything about it and they believed the delivery guy. Now I have a $1,000 refrigerator just paid off dented up right on the front of the door.

I had to go to the counter and wait for the mouthy chick at the desk to acknowledge me, which she didn't. I bought mattresses and they said they would haul off the old ones but when the delivery guys arrived they said they would be fired if they took the old mattresses. They called the new owner, Mr. Bullock's son in front of me to ask and he told them absolutely not to haul off my old furniture. I'll never give them my money again.
