At 12:10 I receive a call from the installer saying he just got the job and will not arrive until 2:45 pm . He showed up by himself and the job was not completed until after 6pm. We had to miss a family function due to this. Horrible communication. Spoke with Adam at local lowes store did not seem interested at all in what I had to say about the install. No one ever offed an apology, partial refund on services etc.... DO NOT USE THE INSTALLERS
