This place is really cool as yes... it is highly vintage oriented merchandise but we noticed more artsy and crafty items that were for sale too that were amazingly cool. So that added a further unique spin to this place. Also there was a plant vendor too that sold lots of different kind of little cactuses in various colored shades which further enhanced this place. So 1 star period for the service. Selection is a 4 star. Why?! Because it's OVERWHELMING!! It's a giant flea market with so much to look through you could probably spend half a day!! But DO pay attention to the prices. Some are astronomical... As in you could get the SAME thing at Goodwill (yes Goodwill!!) for nickels on the dollar (as pennies are no more lol.) Other items are truly treasures or good deals (stay AWAY from the plants. They're incredibly expensive!!!) I got some crystals to fuel my spiritual guidance and my daughter got a bracelet and my son got Hot Wheels. (Which he paid 3 times what they were worth but it was his $$ To spend!) I'll definitely go back as I love to browse. But maybe I won't buy next time because I'd rather support local businesses that show their patrons love.

They brought in all staging equipment, set up impressively, and left us with an empty house. They do online sales as well as the in house days. The best way to maximize their services it to give them more time. We were not in a rush and gave them 8 weeks to get the sale ready. The additional time allowed them to study our items in detail and really maximize the value we got for them. We gave them additional time after the sale days to continue online sales and they brought in a significant amount. They settle your account promotly on the agreed date. I hope to never do this again, but I would call them again in a heartbeat!

I literally go to estate sales for a living and have never experienced such an overwhelmingly negative interaction with an owner or worker of an estate sale, much less one that would lead me to go to the lengths of leaving a negative review. You really should reconsider what you think is passable customer service. I'm sure you don't really care, but you lost a longtime customer today.

My Daughter and I recently went to a David Johnson Estate sale after not having been for over a…read moreyear & 1/2 and we were every bit as pleased as we have been at other sales that he has conducted. The atmosphere was warm, with a courious energy, the house well staged, and the prices very fair. There is always such a unique flavor to his sales that we can't find anywhere else. I have to address the impecable staging! It just puts you in the mood to hunt, dig, explore, poke around, and shop! Most importantly, it transfers you into the world of the homewoner and makes you forget your own life for a while. It's a wonderful feeling and I have never found any other estate sale company that has the ability to do that for me. He and his staff are always so kind and helpful. Often there is music playing that sets the stage as well. The temperature is good and there's an electric buzz in the air becuase we love to see the excitement of the faces of other shoppers too! He really does everything he can to make it a good experience for customers, and most importanly, for HIS CLIENTS! My daughter and I just LOVE David's sales not just for the wonderful items, but for the entire expeirence.
