I called our regular garage door repair people and just got voice mail so I decided to call Mile High Garage Door , Matt answered the phone and scheduled us for first thing Monday morning. Dave showed up in a timely fashion, looked the situation over and agreed we needed a new spring along with some new rollers and a basic tune-up. We agreed to replace both springs since they were the same age and to generally fix up the rest of the door with new rollers, end bearings and a good lube job since it had been a right around ten years since it was previously done. Dave quoted a reasonable price for all the work and parts without any add on for a trip charge. We thought the price was reasonable so Dave made the repairs. He left everything neat and tidy and it has been right around ten days since the repair and all is working well and the door's operation is very quiet. So thank you Matt and Dave for getting our garage door running so we could get to work on time. We won't hesitate to recommend you to our family, friends and neighbors. Was told it would have to be ordered and would be in the following week. Didn't hear back. Reached out again and person didn't seem to remember who we were and confused us with another job. After being reminded w the photos we had sent the first time, we were told he still had to order the strip and it would be in by Saturday. It's Wednesday now and we haven't heard anything and just found another mouse in a trap. Going with someone else and sadly won't be able to recommend Kemp to our friends and family. I'm a Realtor and won't be able to recommend them to my real estate clients either, which is a bummer because I really try to refer local businesses and really tried to give this one multiple chances.
