The only information on their website is "Shipping information received. Your parcel is on its way to UniUni for delivery to you" No date or time or expected delivery date. I don't understand how they have such great reviews. Both times I've they've been delivering orders to me, they've fallen short big time. Our office is located at the back of a church building. The delivery man left the package outside, on the ground, in front of a sign that clearly posted our business hours and that we do not accept deliveries on the weekends. Just awful. First situation came when my partner ordered us 2 shirts, did not know it was coming one day, rescheduled and asked them to put in mailbox if we are not home. Our package doesn't end up in our mailbox because they came super late and off schedule. we couldn't even get a refund. Second situation happened today when they came early in the morning and I wasn't awake. they make too long of a waiting process to get your stuff back. when you get it back it won't be at the time it's supposed to. and they won't use mailboxes for some fckn reason. Calling UniExpress says they cannot help me because the tracking on the website has not been updated to be 'delivered' and is still clearing customs? I wrote to the seller overseas and they were able to prove they sent the right package with the correct weight. What arrived on my front door step was #1 not the right weight (too light) #2 not the right packing tape the seller used and #3 not scanned by the UniExpress distribution centre OR the driver who delivered it... The QR code goes to a website in Chinese, and the location to pick up the package is blank. I've emailed and they want a phone number to track the package. I believe this is an Amazon package and I've verified my Amazon account has no phone number - so I don't know how they'll track with a phone number. They quite responding. This company is a scam. Their normal practice is for a delivery person to bring the package, take a picture of it next to your door, and then leave with your package (basically, steal it). However, from that point on it's marked as delivered, and they use pictures as a proof of delivery. Customer service is not helpful because they are very aware of how many of their "delivered" packages are actually Not Delivered, so they are not doing anything, they don't respond to the messages sent through their website contact form, and when we reached them by phone they promised to send an email regarding the situation and never followed up on that. No one really cares that your package is stolen by a company-hired employee. read more
