When my loved one finally received her flowers, the pink roses were fully opened, and looked like cabbages!! My cousin was unsatisfied, I could tell. She sent me a photo, which I forwarded to Pam, explaining I had one request - that the roses were NOT fully opened. Nothing was done to rectify this situation. I bought many flowers when Mrs. Watring was alive. She had the highest standards of both service and product execution - everything she made was bursting with extra flowers that were very fresh. I planned to be a customer for life. That is no longer true, as the quality has plummeted. Nothing is a good buy when flowers arrive well past the point of freshness, and the owners are not interested in making the customer pleased with a product for which they just paid good money. I hope they change their practices before they have to close.

I was reassured I would receive a receipt and I did a couple days after the service with an egregious typo listed for the accompanying card. This was particularly frustrating as I spelled the word multiple times for Elaine and also would have been caught had I received the receipt in a timely manner. Using this florist turned out to be quite embarrassing for me.

They did this all over the phone as I am in South Dakota! The Basket was delivered the same Day I ordered and Mother-in law loved it! The flowers for the ceremony were perfect! Will use them every chance I get!
