Instead of just doing the install and sending my girlfriend on her way, he was honest and nice enough to list the cons of using an original key for her car starter install, and suggested she use her valet key. He could have just did the install, taken payment and sent us on our way but he didn't and we very much appreciate his honesty. He did a great job on the car starter install and it works flawlessly. Not only did he do a very clean installed making sure that it doesn't fall out but he also asked me to check and see if I was happy with his work. A guy who is confident with his work would only be willing to ask to check and see if the customer is happy. He also made sure that the hood pin going through the firewall of the car, the wire doesn't wear down over time by making sure it's in its own sleeve. He has helped me on the past and is a really nice guy who will do what he can to accommodate. He also charges a very fair price and does a professional and proper install in half the time. There were installers asking for more and some even requiring the whole day when Stephen got it all prepped, programmed, and wired in 2.5 hours as promised. He knows his way around a car and knows his job really well. When you take your car to him for any wiring related job, you can be confident that he'll do the job right the first time and at the best price. He's the kind of guy who would rather charge you a really competitive price with the intention that you'll be back, not for the same job but for something new and that you'll recommend him to others.
