BEWARE!!!!! THEY SCRAPED MY CAR THAT HAD VALID PLATES WITH ALL MY STUFF IN IT WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION OR ANY GOOD REASON.....Go anywhere but here.....my car was towed there by my insurance company after being hit in the front end only. 100% the other drivers fault. After haggling with the insurance company and coming to an agreement, I mailed them my ownership, and then I went to clean out my car(same day) and was given the run around as they couldn't find it. The lady at the counter said it should still be here as it hasn't been paid yet. The guy who took me all over the lot looking for my car laughed, we will find it, she wouldn't let it go if they haven't paid for the storage yet. I waited until Friday (all week) to call them back as they haven't got a hold of me yet, and their answer was "the cars gone" .I asked how could it be gone if I just mailed in the ownership to the insurance company on Monday, she just said it is. They crushed my car after 30 days and all the stuff in it without a phone call to anyone(me or the insurance company). I was in there today, they gave me a box with about 3 little items of mine from the car and a couple little items that were not mine(probably from screwing another customer out of their stuff). Kim Wallace was rude and called me an "idiot" (not what I heard, but he says, that's what he said), and took no responsibility. He kicked me out when I asked why they couldn't make a "f bomb" phone call( a little hot under the collar by this time at the lack of responsibility of owning up to the situation, getting the run around, and the loss of all my items) I found out through other channels that the car was scraped at Ray Cranleys which Kim Wallace ironically also manages/works or whatever...He's the listed contact on Rays Cranelys website...All sounds a little fishy to me. Now I wonder if the car was really a write off or some kind of parts/scrap/storage scam, IMO Who's going to pay for my stuff!!!! read more
