SUNWING VACTIONS…read more Should you fly with them? Yes. No? Well In this review we are going to find out today! So in this review we are going to be focusing on many things - EXPERIENCE - FLIGHT CREW Lets get started! - EXPERIENCE The Airport i go to is Toronto Pearson Airport. but that is for a different review. now i go to sunwing sometimes. it depends on what airline is available at the moment. Now this isnt the first time i flown with sunwing before. but lets just use my recent vacation for this. Now we were sitting in Elite Plus. For me chairs were nice. all of the chairs are nice. Taking off was smooth. Now its time for FOOD. Now when it comes to food for sunwing. you dont really get like a meal or anything. you get snacks. you could get noodles. candy now there are pasta. landing was smooth. on the way back home. well lets just talk about it. so on the way back on. before we got on our flight. sunwing delayed it for 15 minutes. then we got on. now there was this rude person which i will not talk about as this is just about sunwing. taking off smooth. landing smooth. now sunwing takes a while to get your bags to come. like a while while. note of that. - FLIGHT CREW Now They were amazing. They were nice friendly and overall nice. for this one time. i was going to the washroom. and all the staff and i did some small talk after i went to the washroom. and they were super kind. and they told me how nice i was. they were very nice. so overall should you fly? Well. if you want to get to Point a to point b. and dont want any in flight entertainment and just want a regular flight. then this is the one for you! - Ethan K.

Sunwing stalkers - these folks followed us to our hotel 5 days after the flight. They forced me to…read moresign papers acknowledging that I was disruptive on the flight (I wasn't). Sunwing later apologized as they mistook my identity. They didn't provide me anyone to talk to thst spoke English. If I didn't sign I would be left there. I tried the complaint process with no luck. This is how sunwing treats their customers. They don't deal with issues when they occur they accuse you after, they say they got the wrong person. Thanks so much for ruining my vacation. Assholes

This was a really tricky area to get to if you didn't fly into Pearson. There is signage inside of…read morethe airport that directs you where to go but if you're driving to this branch to rent a car (they seem to have more options for drop-offs from this location interestingly enough), it's confusing. The signs from the 409 only tell you were to go to drop-off a previously rented car which is towards departures (you'd think it would be at arrivals right?). Well, this is actually where you want to go to pickup a car as well. So yes, we drove a car here to rent a car since we dropping someone off. There's only one entrance for personal vehicles into the parking structure that houses ALL of the rental car places so it might be a little confusing. There are a lot of entrances that are blocked off so pay attention to the signs and don't drive your car over the road spikes. When you finally get inside, it's a little confusing on where to park because there are a ton of barriers and toll booths. Most of it is only one-way driving. There did end up being parking right outside of the Enterprise area but I have no idea how you actually drive there. At one point we tried calling the desk for directions but no one picked up. The inside where the counters are is actually really nice and modern. We went later at night so there was only one agent working there. The area there is pretty large and there's enough space to socially distance. The compact SUV that was booked online was somehow not available. The agent let us know that he had equivalent ones. This one actually turned out better as they wound up giving us a 2020 Mazda CX-3, AWD for that winter driving, with only 20km on it! It came complete with new car smell and was very clean on the inside. It also had some great features that were good for driving long distances with a digital infotainment system that can connect to your phone through Bluetooth/USB/etc. I'm not sure if all of their cars have these types of features in mind but definitely ask as they were super convenient. The entire process (minus finding out how to get there) took less than 10 minutes. Super easy process and so happy with the quality of the car that we got!

Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise at Toronto Pearson Airport. We booked our rental two…read moreweeks in advance, yet after a long flight we were left waiting over 40 minutes at 2:00 AM, only to be told they were sold out and had no vehicle for us. What's the point of making a reservation if it isn't honored? Leaving customers stranded in the middle of the night after confirming our booking is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to pay for a taxi to our hotel in the middle of the night because Enterprise failed to provide the car we had reserved. The customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and showed no urgency or genuine effort to help. This experience caused unnecessary stress and extra expense after an exhausting day of travel. I will never book with Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them.
