Terrible service. The "manager" with Curly brown hair is a joke. Don't reccomend. Absolute joke. The girl who looks like could still be in high school doesn't know what the word defective means and tries to scam me out of my hard earned money. Terrible customer service will sell you a defective product and then refuse a refund simply because they have no clue what they're talking about. This place is horrible corporate greed and if you really want to support local cannabis go down to baked by the river for actual human interactions and not to be treated like cattle by scamming "mangers" that don't even know the first thing about the products their selling. read more

I've shopped here several times. It's outrageously expensive- Apples to apples a tin of Camino 5:1 sleep gummies costs $34 retail at UC. In Pennington they cost $18.20 everyday. UC asks, on average, $65 for 3.5 grams. That's INSANE. I get an 1/8 in Pennington for +\- $35. Sure, you can spend more, even much more, at any dispensary. But UC is the only dispensary I know of whose prices have increased since they opened. The market is so flooded with good weed you can retail purchase an ounce for $140. That's cheaper than the illegal street price anymore. My biggest issue is that no one knows wtf they're talking about when they offer advice to the uninitiated. So much misinformation is passed as fact/knowledge it's scary. And while the store is nice looking and clean, it's 95% open space, empty. Basically 2 counters and a big empty room. Maybe less fancy digs will enable them to LOWER THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES THEY CHARGE FOR WHAT MANY OTHER PLACES SELL FOR SIGNIFICANTLY LESS. They have a wonderful selection but the woman who checked me out on Saturday afternoon (1/25) was so distracted by the line, she rushed me through my purchase and I didn't get what I wanted. I just wanted the transaction to be over. She also talked about the patrons as if they were morons which is kind of a turn off, wouldn't you say? read more

A-prices are so egregious, truly insane. Then they'll charge you a $4 CC few, but you can use their $3.75 fee ATM... B-most notable. Beyond rude and abrasive. I've never experienced customer service where I felt offended and wanted to leave. C-products are awful. I'm at a loss for words how awful this experience has been. GO ELSWHERE. This business has such a bad attitude. The prices are higher than other dispensaries and the people working there have attitude. It starts when you walk in the door and the security guard demands your drivers license or you can't go in. There are other places in NJ to buy from. Stay away from this place and the absurd prices. read more

Love this place, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the menu is always increasing. There was one product I really wanted to try and after chatting with the staff, they were able to find the cultivator and bring it to the store! This spot has such a good vibe. One might say it's "chill". lol. Unlike most other dispensaries, they don't make you wait in the lobby and then be escorted by a budtender. I find that awkward. Here you just show your ID, walk in, and then do your thing. Spacious and airy beautiful space. Fun stuff to browse, an unmatched selection and inventory of all cannabis forms, good prices and discount programs, and super cool employees who don't make you feel rushed, stupid, or suspicious.
