Pretty quickly in fact. The place isn't very big but there's always been a sufficient number of washers and dryers without having to wait. I normally go early in the day during the middle of the week, not sure how busy it gets on the weekend. Have been using this location while in town for work and overall it's worked well for me. The first time I went the change machine ran out of quarters mid-dispense so while that was frustrating at the moment I call the number to the location and someone came to meet me and get me the rest of my change. Pretty quickly in fact. I wouldn't say this place is immaculate, but for the most part it's pretty clean other than a few dryer sheets on the ground that customers aren't throwing away or the one time the toilet was severely backed up. But normally the restroom is in working order when I've been. There is a change machine, a vending machine with a few snacks and drinks, and a hand washing station as well as a few folding tables. It can get a quite warm inside which I'm sure feels great in the winter but in the summer it's not great. Have never had a problem with my laundry coming back stained from previous users or torn up from the washers and dryers.

I had no problems with them picking up my dry cleaning in Oakmont. Their dry cleaning was adequate - not exceptional but adequate. I would have continued to use them. Then, the management changed. I called to have my cleaning picked up and got an earful about how awful the last manager was (who had left), something I didn't need to hear. My dry cleaning was no longer picked up at my Oakmont home on a consistent basis. Sometimes the clothes were on my porch (rain, shine, snow) the entire day. They would apologize but then said I had to have them pick up my dry cleaning up least twice a month or they would no longer pick it up at all. So, I attempted to comply with this. Still, they would miss picking up the dry cleaning about 60% of the time. This almost NEVER happened with the previous manager that they said was so awful. I complained, and the woman who replaced the previous manager was nasty to me (she has NO understanding of customer service). I stopped using them. The owner called and asked me to give them another chance. I told the new manager of my conversation with the owner and this made her really mad - and it became increasingly more frequent that they did NOT pick up my dry cleaning even though they promised they would. The last straw was her arguing with me that the driver told her the laundry wasn't on the porch, when it was, and she believed him and not me. She essentially called me a liar. I'm done. Beware.
