Very friendly, good service, good seamstress and fair prices. They are also open on Saturdays which is important for me.

Quick, reliable and reasonable. You can't ask for more out of a dry cleaner. The service was also top notch

This was my first visit to Fox Chapel Dry Cleaners, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing…read moreexperience. I brought in five of my husband's dress shirts for cleaning, and when I picked them up a week later, they were noticeably wrinkled and in worse shape than when I dropped them off. Since it was my first time using this cleaner, I carefully looked over the shirts on the spot and brought my concerns to the attention of the staff. One of the first responses I received was, "That's what you get when you pay $4.50"--which felt dismissive rather than helpful. I was told this is how all their shirts typically come out. I pointed out specific areas on the garments that were not acceptable, but my concerns were met with shrugs and no acknowledgment of the issue. Instead of an apology or offer to make things right, one of the attendants began explaining the difference between dry cleaning and hand pressing, which I found unnecessary since I managed a laundromat and have experience working with a dry cleaner in Dormont. I explained that not only do I understand the process, but I also know what a properly finished shirt should look like. Seeing I wasn't getting anywhere with the staff, I left my name and number in hopes of a follow-up from the owner. I called back again today to ask if Mark, the owner, received the message. I was told he had, but I have yet to receive a response--and honestly, I no longer expect one. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt compelled to share my experience in hopes it helps others. Based on the lack of quality and the unprofessional customer service, I would not recommend this dry cleaner. I've also included photos of the shirts for reference.

Outrageous. That is not even what drove me to take the time to write the post... the women who own it - I assume- are RUDE. Downright disgusting and rude. I would not recommend. YOU women are a service business, if you don't like it, don't do it. Have some class and respect for people. I will not return. Thanks to the alteration woman. She is the only reason they get one star.

Seemed pricey, but my pants just needed an original hem, so I went. The place smells like cigarette smoke. I was picturing myself getting my brand new hemmed pants back and then having to pay to have them dry cleaned right away to get the cigarette smell out. So I left and took my pants elsewhere. The people there were really friendly and it seemed like they probably do nice work, but I couldn't stand that smell.

If i could give a negative review, I absolutely would. I recently tried this cleaner, and was…read moretremendously disappointed. First, the prices are way too high. Second, I'm not sure what their process for cleaning clothing is, but 3 pairs of my suit pants had the lining ripped out during cleaning. I asked for them to be retacked for no charge- they obliged- but with hesitation. One of the pairs was done incorrectly (the seamstress stitched the lining to the outside of the pants, so you could see the stitching), so i returned it to be redone. Upon getting these pants back, I put them on and they were too small (they had fit prior to this whole situation). I called to talk to a manager about this situation, and i ended up speaking with the owner. He was incredibly nasty, made personal attacks at my level of income and accused me of lying and trying to get a free pair of pants from him. (which couldn't be farther from the truth). He called my previous requests with the lining of the pants "gripes", and was annoyed and very agitated that I had made a complaint. They do NOT stand behind their work, and get incredibly defensive when a complaint is made. I did not get my issue resolved, but I will NOT bring anything back there.
