When I first contacted the firm, I expected to work with one of the senior attorneys, but my case was assigned to Ms. Price, who was always respectful, courteous, and professional. There were long periods--sometimes months--without any updates on my case, and I often had to initiate contact by emailing or calling just to find out what was happening. When I raised my concerns, they suggested a Zoom meeting, but it became apparent that they were not familiar with the details of my case. After spending nearly a year with this firm and making little meaningful progress, I decided to hire different counsel.
