Way overpriced compared to WI liquors about 500 yards away who are kind and helpful. She recommends the most expensive things in the store. Bad attitude bad selection and high prices. I have been a customer here at this establishment for over 28 years. I am a regular at the store and spend a good amount of money here monthly. I usually am helped by a wonderful lady name Sydelle. However tonight I went to purchase several bottles of liquor for the holiday And was taken care of by a young girl at the register alongside a young boy - She proceeded to ring me up and was very kind. I did notice that one of the bottles I was purchasing rang up $32.99 although the tag on the bottle said $29.99- I asked the girl why it rung up a different price ? all the other bottles were priced the same at $29.99 . She approached an older woman standing next to her which is the owner of the store. This woman was rude with terrible customer service .. she huffed and puffed when the girl asked if she can change the price in the register She never answered her and the young girl again asked should I change the price? The owner then looked at me and told me "" just so you know this is the only time that I will alter the price , if this happens again you will have to pay the price that is .rung up . " I said to her why are you so rude if a price is on a bottle you need to honor that. She then told me she does not need to honor anything it's not the law ! and that whoever didn't change the price on the bottles was just a pure mistake and they are human meaning her employees. She walked away from me and the girl changed the price. I am more embarrassed for this owner for acting the way she did over $2.99. She truly should be ashamed of herself she walked away and when I said to her yes people are human and mistakes are made but not at the customers expense. She ignored me and walked away and told me from now on whatever is in the computer is the price of the bottle regardless of what's tags are on the bottle I have to give the store one star only because I don't have a choice of zero stars if it wasn't for Sydelle I would not purchase anything from this store. This woman "the owner " is rude -unprofessional and a very sad excuse for a human being for treating paying customers the way she did over $2.99. What an embarrassment on her part I would advise others to take their business elsewhere. There are theee other liquor stores very close by .. west islip Liquors is right in the next lot one over ... my advice to the owner -- sweetheart learn how to treat your customers before opening a business .. there's an old saying - the customer is always right !!! Nice store, local to us but found out that their pricing is outrageous. Substantially more than others close by! 12 pack High Noon for $35?? 1800 tequila 1.75L $56?? These prices are at least $10 higher than other local liquor stores. Been shopping here for 2 years and happy to change after this. Wish NY mandated liquor prices. read more

Horrendous experience to start off the supposed "manager" was not wearing a mask as were none of the other employees. When asked to put a mask on she became irate and began voicing her political opinions as if voting trump constituted her not taking covid precautions. This was enough to make me leave without purchasing anything. To make things worse on my way out their were very noticeable roaches by the counter near the door. How gross???!! Their prices are marked astronomically high and their selection is poor. The only positive things I can say about this store are that it is in a great location and the size of it could really lend itself to being a great liquor store. However with what is stocked on the shelves and the cost of the bottles... I don't know how they stay open. read more

Went once, they did not have what I was looking for, a very common moscato found in 99% of liquor stores. For such a large store, square footage wise they don't have much stocked nor a good variety. Will not go back. read more
