It's the same bouquet my husband sends me every single time, which is the extra large fields of Europe from 1800 flowers. We only saw it because we got a notification from Amazon that another package had been delivered. This is the first time Universal Flowers fulfills an order for us, and I would definitely not recommend using them. My husband took the arrangement back, showed the lady at the flower shop what the arrangement is supposed to look, and she called 1800 flowers, said we weren't satisfied and they walked her through the refund process. She then thanked my husband for bringing the flowers back. We were not satisfied because they failed to deliver what my husband paid for. This is a bouquet of flowers that costs over $200. And they gave us something that costs $20. There was no apology and she didn't take ownership of what they did. I'm posting a review on 1800 flowers with pictures so they know what kind of florist they are using.

They mapped out a plan for my floral that matched my theme perfectly. At the end of the meeting, I viewed a few pieces in the shop that were ready to be delivered for another wedding that day. Well let me tell you, the ladies there and Katy the owner could NOT HAVE been more apologetic. They offered to immediately make it right and send again. Instead, knowing that I was going to order again shortly they said they'd do that instead. Well, my wife has gotten flowers from me for years and years (44th anniversary today)...and she saw what Katy sent and exclaimed..."these are GORGEOUS..no, STUNNING"!
