Which is why they deserve a Yelp listing, so more people can benefit from their services! When I purchased my first car, I didn't know anything about insurances, and was rushed into purchasing insurance the day of by my salesman so I could drive off that day. Later I found out I was somewhat scammed, as the insurance amount was about 4 times what I'm paying now with Shu. Lesson of the day... Don't use your salesman's referral, because they will probably receive a huge kick-back from the agent. After being referred to Shu by a friend, I've slowly migrated all of my insurance policies, including home, auto, business, etc. everything over to Shu. Shu and Sharon are professional, straight-forward, and will crunch numbers to get you the best value possible with complete coverage. They almost always reply instantly, and focus on developing personal relationships and exceptional customer service. Sometimes I receive email replies from them at 11pm or even midnight... One time they were on call while I was picking up a new car, so they could help me transition over, at 8pm. This concierge-like customer service makes me feel like an Amex black card holder, and they're always friendly! I'm so glad I found Shu, and hope others will benefit from her services too!
