The only ventilation is air conditioning that is mostly turned off. After 15 minutes of waiting, 10 patients start having trouble breathing and all cough at once. It is very dangerous for people with asthma. People wait in the hallway or street to avoid coughing. (Maybe keeping the door open will help). Recently I had three doctor's appointments in one day. One appointment was cancelled, and I got there 2 hours early. This place is always full of patients. The nurse Practitioner who usually takes care of me had time to go outside 3 times... I waited exactly 2 hours to be seen for a 5-minute procedure. Next time I will think twice. The choice is yours!

When I arrived I sat in a very crowded waiting room (people were sitting side by side, not sure how that is safe especially in a doctor's office). The wait was about 30 minutes to see him which was pretty good. When I had my 1 on 1 with him he was very nice and was trying to understand my history of tics. After talking a bit, he decided to send me for multiple tests done inside the office. Before I even got tested, I asked him if these tests would be covered under my insurance because my insurance has a high deductible. He said "yes, of course I wouldn't schedule you for all these tests if Cigna didn't cover it." Fast forward 1 week, I receive a $1,300 bill in the mail. I immediately call the office and speak with the billing representative and they advised me that the bill was correct and I need to pay it. She was really nasty to me and said she was going to hang up because I wasn't understanding what she was saying. I kept trying to explain that Dr. Krishna advised me that these tests would be covered but she was not hearing it. It's really sad that places like this take advantage of folks during a pandemic.
