Two stars for their cheap price for eyebrow threading I've been coming here for awhile. Simmi, the owner, does amazing job everytime I go there. I recommend her, not because shes the owner, but her eyebrow threading skills are beyond perfection. However, there were two scenarios that made me think twice if I still want to get my eyebrow thread here. First scenario, The Sunday Lady that works there massacred the skin under my eyebrows. My skin is very sensitive btw. She still puts pressure on it knowing it was bleeding. I tried calling their number the next day but no answer. I didnt reach out after that because it's the first time it happened. Just move and let it go. Second scenario, just now. I asked for a eyebrow waxing (this time I just want to get rid of the thin hair around it). The lady insisted saying she does great eyebrow thread. Great! She did it. I wasnt very funny with the outcome. I asked her twice if I can still have the wax. She insisted and started cleaning the small thin hair around. For the second time, I wasnt happy. I dealt with it and pay $8. read more

I take my daughter here every month for threading they do a quick great job. I went today to get an eyebrow wax for the first time for myself. She drips wax on my eyelash extensions!! Which I JUST got done! I walked out with a clumped eyelash!! Wasn't planning on going home but had to rush home and try to get the wax off my extensions?? What a mess! $9.00 eyebrow wax turned into all day BS trying to fix my extensions and the cost!! Wtf. Never going back. read more

Please read! Yesterday I went for an eyelash appointment, I have no idea why online it says 25 minute application. We all know it takes easily an hour or more. I asked before hand if it was individual lashes since online it didn't specify and just wanted to be sure. She said yes it was so I was fine with that. It was very clean inside, and very empty. She got started right away. She "taped down" my lower lash line and started to apply. I will admit that I took a nap lol, but I woke up because she POKED me twice and kept complaining about my eyelashes. She said my eyelashes were empty and thin. I told her they weren't empty, she said I applied too many times. I would like to clarify I've gotten extensions before but only for special occasions, not consistantly. I have short lashes as well but she made it seem like I have bald spots in my natural lashes. She also left 3 times during our session to attend other people, she threaded their brows. This was frustrating. When she finally finished, I opened my eyes and my lower lashes were glued to my top lashes. GLUED TO THE TOP. She said that it was my own fault for having short lashes. On top of that, she didnt apply individual lashes. She used too much glue, I will attach photos. Please learn how to do your job. I do not recommend this place at all. Please stay away. I didnt catch her name but it was not Simi, I know this because I asked for her and she told me shes not here till 12. read more

Today was my first time at Unique Threading Salon and I loved my experience! I did ask specifically for Simmi because of all the good yelp reviews I read on her and I'm glad I did. She was very sweet and left my eyebrows looking spectacular! I was very nervous due to the fact that I've been letting my eyebrows grow out for over 3 months and didn't want to get them ruined but she was amazing! Please whatever you do don't waste you money here. Very unprofessional left me at the table to help several other customers. I needed my old eyelash extension removed she put the remover on my lash and it was burning. Then she proceeded to take off my lash extension but at the same time pulling out my natural lashes. She then put the new lash extension on which looked horrible. When she was done putting on my new eyelash extension she literally had to pull my eye apart because my lids were sticking together. I was pulling clue from my eye ball all night. I was charger 65 for the set and 35 to remove my old lashes bullshit. I came home and my eyelash extension started to fall out and by 1 am. My lash extension had completely fallen out on half of one eye. It looked like she had glued the lashes directly to my skin where she had pulled out my natural lashes. I had to go to Lash Love in Los Angeles to have them redone. She took a closer look at my lashes after removing the trash work done by Unique Threading Salon & Spa she realized I had several bald spots and did the best she could to fix them.
