I came here because I have been struggling to find a place I like that does threading for eyebrows. I saw the reviews and decided to give this place a try and I am so glad It did not disappoint AT ALL! Everyone was so welcoming and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or akward once! My eyebrows and upper lip were done by the wife she was so sweet I loved her. I am an 15 year old girl while doing my eyebrows and upper lip she also gave me great recommendations and advice to help my skin which I am so thankful for!! would like to say this is a hidden gem in Sylmar. One day I accidentally called the wrong place and decided to check this one out. The owner Ali is extremely accommodating they allowed me to walk in almost 5 mins till closing. Samia was quick but made my brows gorgeous. No questions, just sat down and trust the process. SPECTACULAR WORK. This my new place to get my eyebrows done. I'd like to mention that when you come in, it feels like family or home rather than a business. These are amazing hardworking people. I've gone to her for all kinds of services including eyebrow threading, upper lip threading, lash lifts and sets and never leave disappointed. Such a great find, will definitely be recommending! I wanted to get a lash lift and tint before a trip and looked on google to see what was close to where I work. I saw all the five star reviews for this place and decided it was worth trying. Absolutely wonderful customer service over the phone helping me narrow down a time frame that would work and was very accommodating. I'm a teacher and decided to get around to some long overdue self-care during Spring Break; this spot is super close to my house and Jasmeen was very welcoming to this last minute walk-in (me)..got a fantastic personalized facial and was so happy I went back the next day and got the classic eyelash extensions..I've gotten scads of compliments at work and more than one colleague asked which salon I went to and I was very happy to refer them to this salon! I naturally have very dry and dull skin and the hydro facial left my skin feeling so hydrated and glowing like Hailey Bieber's skin.
