It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..

I came here because I have been struggling to find a place I like that does threading for eyebrows. I saw the reviews and decided to give this place a try and I am so glad It did not disappoint AT ALL! Everyone was so welcoming and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or akward once! My eyebrows and upper lip were done by the wife she was so sweet I loved her. I am an 15 year old girl while doing my eyebrows and upper lip she also gave me great recommendations and advice to help my skin which I am so thankful for!! would like to say this is a hidden gem in Sylmar. One day I accidentally called the wrong place and decided to check this one out. The owner Ali is extremely accommodating they allowed me to walk in almost 5 mins till closing. Samia was quick but made my brows gorgeous. No questions, just sat down and trust the process. SPECTACULAR WORK. This my new place to get my eyebrows done. I'd like to mention that when you come in, it feels like family or home rather than a business. These are amazing hardworking people. I'm surprised they don't get the recognition they deserve but hey, come by and check it out. Completely comfortable, cozy, trusting, and not to mention the amount of hospitality given as you wait. I've gone to her for all kinds of services including eyebrow threading, upper lip threading, lash lifts and sets and never leave disappointed. Such a great find, will definitely be recommending! I wanted to get a lash lift and tint before a trip and looked on google to see what was close to where I work. I saw all the five star reviews for this place and decided it was worth trying. Absolutely wonderful customer service over the phone helping me narrow down a time frame that would work and was very accommodating. Got my first ever facial and eyebrow threading here, she made me feel so safe and comfortable with some of the best results ever. I naturally have very dry and dull skin and the hydro facial left my skin feeling so hydrated and glowing like Hailey Bieber's skin.
