Imagine my surprise to receive a Certified Letter from ABC Supply Co. informing me they are going to place a mechanics lien on my property if I didn't pay $2700 for the materials they supplied. Turns out Witten didn't pay for my job nor did he pay for others who received similar letters. He will not respond to me, he has filed for bankruptcy, his office is for sale and according to my attorney has at least 2 lawsuits against him at the moment. I knew this was going south so I started recording our conversation. he knew about the drugs, he admitted to hiring illegal immigrants, he admitted to hiring addicts, he admitted to hiring day labor guys and even said one of them left the drugs. Trash is everywhere. They didn't secure my roof and let it rain. by the time they fixed it my attic was flooded and my ceiling collapsed. My brand new roof has spray foam coming out of the cracks and is all over the place. One side of my house is missing a couple lines of screws and the just rattles in the wind.
