What began as the overwhelming loss of two parents in 2024, suddenly became a clearer path forward when Rita quickly answered my request for help. It has been a whirlwind of an estate sale, ending on March 1st, and with a "SOLD OUT" notification on the estate's page. Without question, this is the result of Rita's dedication to her business model, and her personable approach to her clients. She is professional, incredibly organized, patient, kind, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about all of those little (and not so little) treasures that can be discovered in each home. I recently got a truck and instead of waiting in line for hours at the DMV to put the truck in my name, gain proof of insurance and even send out for a license plate, I could do it all in Kim's offices in a pretty short period of time. Stress reliever, for sure. Plate showed up pretty quickly in the mail, as well. Makes me wonder if the DMV would have a processing delay. Can't say, but DMV probably would. So much backed up there with the lines, details from each in line, etc. (Common sense, but don't forget to have the proper information and identification. I spent 3-ish hours at the DMV and didn't have the proper stuff. Wasted almost an afternoon. Went home and luckily didn't have to drive out of my way again and stopped here and they were immediately helpful and saved me money, effort and even more time that I'd already lost that day. So yes, the suggestion with the DMV is coming from experience. DMV was especially stereotypical that day. Haha!)
