DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP !…read more To start off they will try to beat you over the head with a crazy amount of add ons, After I told Jesus I didn't want any add ons included he said the bank recommended I get the 2 year warranty and said if I don't my interest rate will go from 9.59% to 13.5% after looking at the numbers I told him I still don't want them and he came back in the room saying " I spoke to the bank and they are still giving you the 9% " Also after him telling me Turn auto does not charge dealer fees they still charged me $790 in dealer fees. There was damages to the veichle including 4 damaged/ curb rashed rims, passenger side rear view mirror is loose and wobbly, Damaged Under carriage splash shield that scrapes when you drive and have to keep pushing it up, Bad shifter on the car. The only thing he paid to fix was the bad shifter that I still had to take to the Service Center 2 times wich took 4+ hours total even than he said he could not take any money off of the car that " they aren't making money on this car " . That's not the only part there's more. I needed help with insurance, the insurance I tried to get on my own did not approve me I should've kept on looking on my own. He called one of his brokers and told me they wanted $300 more than what they actually quoted me ( not including the broker fee that's not what I'm referring to) so he scammed me out of a extra $300 there also. A week later I switched over to another insurance company and got a refund wich was $700 less than what I paid a week prior when I called them to ask they said Jesus had me Zelle the dealership that I did not Zelle any brokers/agents at State Farm. I contacted Jesus about the unaccounted for $300 trying to get a refund and he said he was going to look into it as if he didn't purposely over charge me his self to capitalize on profits. Unless you want to deal with headache after headache do not shop/ finance here And get a loan yourself from a bank or credit union. They are shady and scammers that prey on people that are first time buyers.
